Bahan-Bahan: 4 cawan kepingan epal
1 cawan gula kastor
1 cawan tepung gandum
3 sudu kecil marjerin
1 cawan quaker oat
½ sudu teh serbuk kayu manis
1 cawan peanut butter (kasar)
Cara: 1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 350F', Griskan loyang bersaiz 9 inci persegi
2. Didalam bekas, gaulkan epal bersama 3/4 cawan gula dan 1/4 cawan tepung. Masukkan kedalam loyang pembakar. Ratakan dan titikan dengan 2 sudu kecil marjerin
3. Campurkan oat,lebihan tepung dan gula bersama serbuk kayu manis, ketepikan.
4. Cairkan 1 sudu teh marjerin bersama peanut butter diatas dapur gas. Sejukan sebentar dan gaulkan bersama-sama campuran oat dan tepung tadi sehingga menjadi seperti serbuk roti.Taburkan ke atas epal tadi.
5. Bakar selama 40 mins atau sehingga epal lembut dan kekuningan.
Cadangan Hidangan: Sedap dimakan begitu sahaja ataupun bersama aiskrim vanilla
Chicken Ravioli Recipe
Ravioli with chicken, sage & basil sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pkgs.(8oz.) fresh chicken ravioli
- 3 tbls. butter
- 2 tbls. fresh Basil
- 3 tbls. shallots, minced
- 2 1/2 cups hot chicken broth
- 3 tbls. fresh sage, chopped
- 1/3 cup whole milk or half-and-half
- 4 tbls. flour, all-purpose
- Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Ravioli Sauce
- 1. Cook the ravioli according to package directions or until tender but still firm. Drain, keep warm.
- 2.In a heavy frying pan or cast iron skillet, saute the shallots in butter over medium heat till golden, 3 to 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low, stir in the flour for 1 minute then the sage and basil. Add the chicken broth and whisk till the sauce is thick, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in the milk bringing the sauce back to a simmer. Remove from heat and salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over hot ravioli and toss to coat. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and garnish with an additional teaspoon of fresh chopped basil.
Serve hot with French bread and have extra Parmesan cheese at the table.
Grilled Chicken & Shrimp Recipe
Grilled Chicken & Shrimp Scampi.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb medium shrimp
- 1 lb. chicken breast, bone-less
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tbs. lime juice
To grill shrimp, peel and de-vein by splitting on underside down to tail. Try to avoid cutting meat. (use sharp knife or scissors). Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Combine garlic, lime juice, butter, onion powder and cumin in a bowl, add shrimp and chicken. Stir to coat with butter sauce and refrigerate 1 hour.
While starting the barbecue, string chicken and shrimp on separate skewers. Grill about 4 to 5 inches over hot to medium coals, turning a few times and basting with remaining marinade. Cook shrimp 5 to 6 minutes and chicken 10 to 12 minutes. Adjust grilling time according to temperature of coals and outside air. Serve with rice or Italian pasta. Serves 2

2. Halia (ketuk) (dalam 1 inci)
3. Kicap pekat
4. Kicap cair
5. Tepung jagung
6. Cili kering 4-5 biji (ikut pedas ko nak)
7. Ayam
8. Garam
9. Gula
Cara-cara:-
1. Rebus ayam+halia dengan air yg cukup (kuah utk 2 org)
2. Masukan kicap pekat+kicap cair+cili kering (gelap ikut suke)
3. Bancuh tepung jagung ngn air dan campurkan dlm kuah td sampai kuah jd likat/pekat
4. Masukan garam n gula secukup rase
5. Rendam yi mee
6. Potong sayur
7. Pastu tuang kuah itam tu ketas yi mee n sayur
p/s: Kalo nak best lagi, da campur sume tu masuk dlm microwave panaskan smpi sebati kuah,sayur dan yi mee tu
